Products are offered subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after ordering, the customer will be informed and refunded if necessary.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website. Taxes may vary depending on the delivery country. Shipping costs are shown before order confirmation. Prices may be modified at any time without retroactive effect.

Orders are placed online through the checkout process. An order becomes final once payment is confirmed.

Payments are processed exclusively via Stripe, a secure PCI-DSS compliant provider. Accepted methods: Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.). We do not store any banking information.

8.1 Delivery areas: We ship to Canada, United States, and Europe. 8.2 Delivery times: Delivery times are indicative and may vary. 8.3 Liability: We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, force majeure, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

9.1 Sealed products (perfumes): For hygiene and health protection reasons, Opened or unsealed perfumes cannot be returned or refunded. 9.2 Unopened products: Returns may be accepted within 14 days (EU) or according to applicable local laws, provided that the product is unopened, sealed, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the error is ours.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method after inspection of the returned product. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error is ours.

We are not liable for: improper product use, allergic reactions (customers must review ingredients), or indirect damages.
